Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Wiliam Matos got the match started through his kick off. Antônio Couto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Patrick Ramos having to make a save. Calvario's Patrick Ramos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doriva Velasco in the 4th minute of play. Wiliam Matos's late challenge caught a Itaguassu EC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wiliam Matos helped the player get up and apologised. In the 7th minute, Wiliam Matos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nuno Magalhães came free with the goalkeeper in the 10th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Adelino Moura could save by the left post. In the 14th match minute, Calvario was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nuno Magalhães to maneuver through the defense. Antônio Couto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Calvario getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Hugo Abraão hit a great ball. Luiz Fabiano Duarte hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. When Nuno Magalhães fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Calvario's protests and gave Nuno Magalhães a yellow card for diving instead. In the 33rd minute, Nuno Magalhães hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antônio Couto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrick Ramos having to interfere. A collision led to Calvario getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Raí Bastos hit a great ball. After 45 played minutes Calvario got a freekick which was hit by Paulão Guerra. In the 48th minute, Doriva Velasco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Doriva Velasco made the kick off in the second half. Nuno Magalhães might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adelino Moura. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nuno Magalhães ran back to his position shaking his head. After 57 played minutes, Calvario's Natã Soeiro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Adelino Moura came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Calvario reached it. Josué Fontes charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Josué Fontes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Adelino Moura came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Calvario's Nuno Magalhães. But to his dismay, Nuno Magalhães quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 66th match minute, Itaguassu EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolas Schmidt to maneuver through the defense. In the 70th minute, Doriva Velasco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Patrick Ramos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Doriva Velasco in the 72nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Antônio Couto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Itaguassu EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Antônio Couto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Patrick Ramos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 80 minutes into the game, Itaguassu EC's Antônio Couto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Patrick Ramos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. A collision led to Itaguassu EC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Antônio Couto hit a great ball. Wiliam Matos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adelino Moura having to interfere. If Doriva Velasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Antônio Couto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
