Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) When Aluísio Netto fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mojutapera's protests and gave Aluísio Netto a yellow card for diving instead. Guabiraba EC's Kauan Nóbrega got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Baltazar Alvarenga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cauã Pereira in the 9th minute of the match. When Mazinho Albuquerque fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guabiraba EC's protests and gave Mazinho Albuquerque a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Mojutapera booed when Guabiraba EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mazinho Albuquerque didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Cauã Pereira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Baltazar Alvarenga was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Zé Roberto Mota sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kauan Nóbrega fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baltazar Alvarenga having to interfere. Sabino Fonseca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Roberto Mota in the 35th minute of play. Christiano Arce kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Kauan Nóbrega managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guabiraba EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Kauan Nóbrega was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baltazar Alvarenga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Baltazar Alvarenga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cauã Pereira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Benê da Silva to strike the kick off in the second half. When Cauã Pereira came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Guabiraba EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cauã Pereira couldn't finish the play. After 54 played minutes Guabiraba EC got a freekick which was hit by Agenor Quaresma. Cauã Pereira took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Baltazar Alvarenga. Baltazar Alvarenga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 63 minutes into the match, Mojutapera's Benê da Silva sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sabino Fonseca narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Guabiraba EC's Cauã Pereira got a free kick in the 66th minute. Aluísio Netto hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Mojutapera fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 70th minute. Penalty! Baltazar Alvarenga had in the 72ndth minute some difficulties stopping Cícero Zanette's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zé Roberto Mota got free with Sabino Fonseca in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Baltazar Alvarenga came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Guabiraba EC's Cauã Pereira. But to his dismay, Cauã Pereira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. The supporters of Mojutapera booed when Guabiraba EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agenor Quaresma didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sabino Fonseca was a little too slow when Benê da Silva got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 92nd minute. The score was now 3-1. In the 95th match minute, Mojutapera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nando Vieira to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Guabiraba EC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Mojutapera had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
