Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Yan Gaúcho got the match started through his kick off. If Thiago Velloso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jorginho Soeiro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Yan Gaúcho showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. When Genílson de Sena fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Eremetu's protests and gave Genílson de Sena a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Alamoique booed when Eremetu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Genílson de Sena didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eremetu's Thiago Velloso got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 17 minutes into the match, Eremetu's goal looked a bit too open when Waldemar Rodrigues came free, but Valério Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yan Gaúcho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Jorginho Soeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Thiago Velloso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zé Cavalcante hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Thiago Velloso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eremetu's supporters rose to their feet, but Thiago Velloso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jorginho Soeiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jorginho Soeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yan Gaúcho in the 35th minute of play. A hard shot 38 in the game by Thiago Velloso from a close distance when the talented Jorginho Soeiro managed to make a qualified save. Alamoique's players were relieved. Yan Gaúcho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Yan Gaúcho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eremetu's supporters rose to their feet, but Yan Gaúcho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jorginho Soeiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jorginho Soeiro made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Thiago Velloso sent off a good shot on target. Yan Gaúcho was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 48th minute. Eremetu's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Basílio Lira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Thiago Velloso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yan Gaúcho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 60 minutes into the game, Eremetu's Yan Gaúcho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jorginho Soeiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thiago Velloso in the 65th minute of play forced Alamoique's goalkeeper Jorginho Soeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 69 played minutes Basílio Lira rounded Eremetu's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. Basílio Lira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Filipe Tinoco charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filipe Tinoco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 75th match minute, Eremetu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filipe Tinoco to maneuver through the defense. Genílson de Sena hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Jorginho Soeiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thiago Velloso's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. If Yan Gaúcho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yan Gaúcho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorginho Soeiro having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Eremetu players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
