Camirim's Cauã Schmidt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kauã Bueno in the 24th minute of play. The supporters of Siqueiro SC booed when Camirim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rubens Rodrigues didn't get a good kick on the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Camirim's goalkeeper Cauã Schmidt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Laerte Miranda. Sílvio Luiz Quaresma kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. 43 minutes into the match, Rubens Rodrigues had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Juvenal de Almeida. Siqueiro SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rubens Rodrigues was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 50 minutes into the match, Zé Paulo Baptista notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Siqueiro SC's Juvenal de Almeida. Juvenal de Almeida was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dedê Travassos to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Joélson Branco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 56th match minute, Camirim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zé Paulo Baptista to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 83 minutes, Rubens Rodrigues managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Camirim's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rubens Rodrigues was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Juvenal de Almeida showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dedê Travassos, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. 94 minutes into the match, Siqueiro SC's goalkeeper Juvenal de Almeida had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rubens Rodrigues. Rubens Rodrigues's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 96thth minute, Juvenal de Almeida skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 99th minute, Dedê Travassos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Camirim players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
