Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Aílton Pirani got the match started through his kick off. If Jacinto Magalhães had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 9th minute Víktor Lago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cléberson Barbosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jacinto Magalhães sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Unistalda's Cléberson Barbosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Víktor Lago in the 14th minute of play. Enrique Vieira who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 19thth minute tested the skills of Henrique Vale when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Henrique Vale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aílton Pirani in the 21st minute of the match. When Víktor Lago came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Pilaozinho fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Víktor Lago couldn't finish the play. Cléberson Barbosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Magalhães in the 24th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the game, Víktor Lago cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Cléberson Barbosa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Henrique Vale made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Enrique Vieira sent off a good shot on target. Aílton Pirani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Henrique Vale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ademir Montenegro's late challenge caught a Pilaozinho's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ademir Montenegro helped the player get up and apologised. In the 46th minute of the match Severino Azevedo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cléberson Barbosa showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Pilaozinho booed when Unistalda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geovani Goiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Víktor Lago was the one to do the kick off. Jacinto Magalhães made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 59thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Cléberson Barbosa would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Pilaozinho's Severino Azevedo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cléberson Barbosa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The long shot by Severino Azevedo in the 67th minute really tested Cléberson Barbosa's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After 77 played minutes Pilaozinho got a freekick which was hit by Clemente Oliveira. Jacinto Magalhães came free with the goalkeeper in the 87th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Cléberson Barbosa could save by the left post. Clemente Oliveira hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. After 95 played minutes Pilaozinho got a freekick which was hit by Clemente Oliveira. Zézinho Pereira, 97 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal.
