Fabrício Nunes started the match with the kick off. Rafa Tepedino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabrício Nunes's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Oswaldo Valadares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vito Freire charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vito Freire the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Ampere SC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Vito Freire hit a great ball. Ediberto de Godoy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Oswaldo Valadares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dráusio Koehler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Rafa Tepedino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Luiz Paulo Bueno left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pucurina fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Pucurina's zone, Dráusio Koehler stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rafa Tepedino came out of the goal and Dráusio Koehler tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fabrício Nunes kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Ampere SC's goal looked a bit too open when Ediberto de Godoy came free, but Oswaldo Valadares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Ampere SC's goalkeeper Oswaldo Valadares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luiz Paulo Bueno. Luiz Paulo Bueno's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 36thth minute, Oswaldo Valadares skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Tales Cardoso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Oswaldo Valadares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Tales Cardoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute, Luiz Paulo Bueno made a precise shot to the right of Oswaldo Valadares. Ampere SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ediberto de Godoy made a kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Ampere SC's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Paulo Bueno came free, but Oswaldo Valadares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dráusio Koehler got free with Rafa Tepedino in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rafa Tepedino made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Dráusio Koehler sent off a good shot on target. Dráusio Koehler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Pucurina getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Ediberto de Godoy hit a great ball. Fabrício Nunes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Fabrício Nunes took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Rafa Tepedino to make any attempt to save it. 87 minutes into the match, Pucurina's goal looked a bit too open when Júlio Cavalcante came free, but Rafa Tepedino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rafa Tepedino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabrício Nunes, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. The supporters of Ampere SC booed when Pucurina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tales Cardoso didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Ampere SC's Diamantino Vidal tried to score from far away in the 93rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Oswaldo Valadares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luiz Paulo Bueno, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Pucurina fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ampere SC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
