Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Enio Favoretto started the match with the kick off. 7 minutes into the match, Santissimo's goal looked a bit too open when Enio Favoretto came free, but Dedê Bittencourt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dedê Bittencourt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enio Favoretto in the 14th minute of the match. After 15 minutes, Silas de Lara mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Santissimo and the Yitapuga players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 17th minute, Enio Favoretto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19thth minute of the game Tostão Berger who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yitapuga's Elder Gomes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marcinho Lucas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Elder Gomes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th minute Marcinho Lucas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elder Gomes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Yitapuga's goal looked a bit too open when Marcinho Lucas came free, but Elder Gomes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tales Eger kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Elder Gomes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tostão Berger, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 36th minute, Tostão Berger left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Santissimo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. When Raúl Barros came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Yitapuga fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raúl Barros couldn't finish the play. In the 44th minute, Enio Favoretto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Renato da Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. After the first half Santissimo were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The wind increased when Marcinho Lucas made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Yitapuga's Enio Favoretto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dedê Bittencourt narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tostão Berger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elder Gomes having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Enio Favoretto in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dedê Bittencourt saved Santissimo from getting behind. Enio Favoretto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dedê Bittencourt having to make a save. Marcinho Lucas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Elder Gomes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elder Gomes was out of position in the 91 minute of play, and Tostão Berger capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tostão Berger really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Santissimo had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
