Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 13 minutes into the match, Ipiiba AD's Kauã Dante sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vágner Gaúcho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kauã Dante made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 15thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Vágner Gaúcho would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Reginaldo Maciel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Francisco Lima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. João Francisco Lima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reginaldo Maciel having to interfere. Ipiiba AD's Reginaldo Maciel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Fernando Quintal in the 30th minute of play. 32 minutes into the game, Tarcisio Varela was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ipiiba AD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Manha the free kick. Tarcisio Varela hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dino Furtado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Douglas Netto charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Douglas Netto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 76 played minutes Manha got a freekick which was hit by Douglas Netto.
