In the 20thth minute of the game Váldson Mandrak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tubibau AD's Aílton Lucas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Váldson Mandrak blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aílton Lucas having to make a save. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ademir Leão to make the kick off.
