When Cícero Galvão fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Condicao AD's protests and gave Cícero Galvão a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Pachecos booed when Condicao AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cícero Galvão didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ramón Figueiredo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Américo Fernandes in the 17th minute of play. If Maurinho Galvão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Américo Fernandes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramón Figueiredo having to interfere. In the 27th minute Geovani do Vale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Vítor Mello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 28 played minutes Pachecos got a freekick which was hit by Frank Santos. Donato Eger kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Umberto Dias sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Pachecos's João Vítor Mello didn't even have to move. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Geovani do Vale to make the kick off. After having played for 54 minutes, Bernardinho Fontes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Condicao AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernardinho Fontes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pachecos's goalkeeper João Vítor Mello, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Geovani do Vale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes into the match, Pachecos's Maurinho Galvão sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ramón Figueiredo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Faustão Amaral hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Condicao AD's goalkeeper Ramón Figueiredo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Donato Eger during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Kauã Tavares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Vítor Mello having to interfere. Ramón Figueiredo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Américo Fernandes, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Américo Fernandes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maurinho Galvão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
