A collision led to Lacre AD getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Wiliam Branco hit a great ball. Gildo Campidelis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Marcelo Peixoto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lacre AD's Marcel de Medeiros got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 18 minutes into the game, Oloialermong's Gildo Campidelis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcelo Peixoto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Marcelo Peixoto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Percival Soeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Percival Cosme kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcel de Medeiros got free with Victor Mendes in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
