The supporters of Buri SC booed when Paranai SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cafu Paes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manfredo Gaspar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luís Fernando Seco's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 26thth minute, Alfredão Baptista skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, Buri SC's Alexsandro Neiva got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 29th minute of the match Bruno Gomes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Magno Baptista skillfully saved the ball. Magno Baptista came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Paranai SS's Tony Souza. But to his dismay, Tony Souza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Buri SC's zone, Claudinho Fantini stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Magno Baptista came out of the goal and Claudinho Fantini tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 48th match minute, Buri SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laércio Donato to maneuver through the defense. The Buri SC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Paranai SS were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tony Souza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Claudinho Fantini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 57th match minute, Paranai SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno Gomes to maneuver through the defense. Tony Souza kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. If Tony Souza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Luís Fernando Seco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Buri SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Luís Fernando Seco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfredão Baptista breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alfredão Baptista showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Fernando Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. The supporters of Buri SC booed when Paranai SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cafu Paes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Buri SC's Magno Baptista proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Buri SC from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Paranai SS booed when Buri SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Davi Zonta didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Paranai SS's Tony Souza in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Paranai SS had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
