Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Ulysses Ortiz made the kick off and thus started the match. After a defensive mix-up in Claretiana's zone, Ulysses Ortiz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Simão Mazza came out of the goal and Ulysses Ortiz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Armindo Zilles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armindo Zilles in the 32nd minute of play forced Caritianas's goalkeeper Douglas Leão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Renatinho Neves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simão Mazza having to interfere. After some careless play in the Claretiana defense, Ulysses Ortiz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Simão Mazza. The Claretiana fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Simão Mazza should have stopped the shot. Douglas Leão didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Raphael França went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score.
In the 64thth minute of the game Armindo Zilles who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Caritianas's Douglas Leão was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 69 minutes into the game, Caritianas's Ulysses Ortiz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Simão Mazza made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Claretiana's Simão Mazza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulysses Ortiz in the 74th minute of play. Simão Mazza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulysses Ortiz in the 78th minute of the match. If Renatinho Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ulysses Ortiz struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Simão Mazza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caritianas. Armindo Zilles struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. The Caritianas supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Claretiana's performance. The match ended with a win for Claretiana.
