Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jerônimo Schmidt took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerônimo Schmidt in the 6th minute of play forced Casinhas FC's goalkeeper Eugênio Cunha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Casinhas FC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Murilo Paulista hit a great ball. Agostinho Batista shot a long shot in the 9th minute and a light blocked Eugênio Cunha hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 0-1. Dráuzio Pimenta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilmar Carioca having to interfere. Dráuzio Pimenta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Robinho Tavares hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Eugênio Cunha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dino Motta, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Dráuzio Pimenta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Gilmar Carioca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eugênio Cunha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerônimo Schmidt in the 34th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Lauro Pitta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 42 minutes into the match, Casinhas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Robinho Tavares came free, but Eugênio Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Dino Motta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hibiraires's supporters rose to their feet, but Dino Motta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eugênio Cunha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lauro Pitta to make the kick off. In the 55th minute, Marcinho de Barros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dráuzio Pimenta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Gilmar Carioca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hibiraires's Gilmar Carioca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dráuzio Pimenta in the 62nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lauro Pitta in the 63rd minute of play forced Hibiraires's goalkeeper Gilmar Carioca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lauro Pitta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eugênio Cunha made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dino Motta in the 68th minute. Jerônimo Schmidt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gabriel Leão blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eugênio Cunha having to make a save. Henrique Netto hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Jerônimo Schmidt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jerônimo Schmidt was extremely unlucky when he, in the 82nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After a defensive mix-up in Casinhas FC's zone, Jerônimo Schmidt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eugênio Cunha came out of the goal and Jerônimo Schmidt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 88th minute, Dino Motta made a precise shot to the right of Eugênio Cunha. Casinhas FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Lauro Pitta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilmar Carioca having to interfere. When Dráuzio Pimenta came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Casinhas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dráuzio Pimenta couldn't finish the play. The Hibiraires supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Hibiraires would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
