Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Valdir Trigo got the match started through his kick off. Dormida FC's Eliseu Carioca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdir Trigo in the 10th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Anelio's Enio de Sena sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eliseu Carioca narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Anelio's Francisco Amaral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by César Velasco in the 20th minute of play. With a little luck, Anelio's Francisco Amaral got control of the ball when Silvinho Saraiva tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvinho Saraiva in the 26th minute of play forced Anelio's goalkeeper Francisco Amaral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eliseu Carioca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdir Trigo, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cássio Carvalho during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cássio Carvalho kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Anelio's zone, Silvinho Saraiva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Francisco Amaral came out of the goal and Silvinho Saraiva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Valdir Trigo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Danilo Rezende charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Danilo Rezende the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Dormida FC's Danilo Rezende got a free kick in the 38th minute. César Velasco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Francisco Amaral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 43 played minutes Anelio got a freekick which was hit by Conrado Arantes. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gil Ortiz got free with Francisco Amaral in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when César Velasco made the kick off in the second half. Valdir Trigo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliseu Carioca having to interfere. 66 minutes into the match, Anelio's goal looked a bit too open when César Velasco came free, but Francisco Amaral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valdir Trigo in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eliseu Carioca prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anelio's Francisco Amaral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by César Velasco in the 72nd minute of play. Silvinho Saraiva's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Francisco Amaral read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. Anelio's Francisco Amaral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by César Velasco in the 77th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Valdir Trigo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Eliseu Carioca. That made the score 0-1 in the 79 minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Danilo Rezende hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th minute César Velasco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisco Amaral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th minute, César Velasco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Silvinho Saraiva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Francisco Amaral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If César Velasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Anelio walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
