Miguelito AD's Armindo Almeida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albertino Romero in the 11th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Raí Tinoco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Caco Arruda. Farpao's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Raí Tinoco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albertino Romero in the 17th minute of play forced Miguelito AD's goalkeeper Armindo Almeida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Afonsinho das Neves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armindo Almeida having to interfere. Albertino Romero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Armindo Almeida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Farpao's goal looked a bit too open when Ademir Rezende came free, but Caco Arruda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Caco Arruda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ademir Rezende in the 24th minute of the match. Caco Arruda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raí Tinoco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Miguelito AD's Armindo Almeida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albertino Romero in the 44th minute of play. Armindo Almeida showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albertino Romero, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Afonsinho das Neves ran back to his position shaking his head. Afonsinho das Neves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Caco Arruda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raí Tinoco in the 66th minute of play. If Raí Tinoco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Caco Arruda made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ademir Rezende in the 71st minute. Daniel Pinho's late challenge caught a Farpao's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Daniel Pinho helped the player get up and apologised. After 77 played minutes, Farpao's Luisinho da Silva shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Armindo Almeida came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Farpao reached it. In the 80thth minute of the game Albertino Romero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Miguelito AD's Armindo Almeida was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Farpao's Luís Eduardo Neves got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Adriano Miranda received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Caco Arruda came out and tried to block the shot, but Adriano Miranda slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 84th minute. Miguelito AD's Armindo Almeida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Afonsinho das Neves in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rdth minute of the game Afonsinho das Neves who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Miguelito AD's Armindo Almeida was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Afonsinho das Neves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armindo Almeida having to interfere. The Miguelito AD players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
