Clóvis Ramalho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredinho Meireles having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Morpara FC's Adalmo Simões got a free kick in the 15th minute. If Dráusio Nascimento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ronaldinho Furtado kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Váldson Guedes charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Váldson Guedes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Criminoso booed when Morpara FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Váldson Guedes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Duarte Cordeiro hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Kauã de Brito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arthur Romero having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Criminoso's Washington Leite got a free kick in the 37th minute. In the 46th minute, Dráusio Nascimento left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Criminoso fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Clóvis Ramalho to strike the kick off in the second half. If Dráusio Nascimento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Dráusio Nascimento managed to get in a good position for a shot. Criminoso's supporters rose to their feet, but Dráusio Nascimento was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfredinho Meireles breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alfredinho Meireles stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Clóvis Ramalho's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. Dráusio Nascimento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 67 minutes, Clóvis Ramalho made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Morpara FC's Alfredinho Meireles tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Clóvis Ramalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dráusio Nascimento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alfredinho Meireles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clóvis Ramalho in the 77th minute of play. After 82 played minutes Morpara FC got a freekick which was hit by Ronaldinho Furtado. Clóvis Ramalho might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alfredinho Meireles. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Clóvis Ramalho ran back to his position shaking his head. Kauã de Brito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Clóvis Ramalho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dráusio Nascimento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Alfredinho Meireles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Criminoso fully deserved thier win.
