Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Durval Motta took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Moinho's Durval Motta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alfredinho Meireles narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 7 minutes into the match, Moinho's goal looked a bit too open when Haroldo Massa came free, but César Baptista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Morpara FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Adalmo Simões hit a great ball. Durval Motta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Moinho defense, Kauã de Brito kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of César Baptista. The Moinho fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that César Baptista should have stopped the shot. Durval Motta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Alfredinho Meireles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Morpara FC's Haroldo Massa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of César Baptista. That made the score 2-0 after 38 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Durval Motta in the 43rd minute of play forced Morpara FC's goalkeeper Alfredinho Meireles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kauã de Brito might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over César Baptista. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kauã de Brito ran back to his position shaking his head. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

After a rather tough play, Moinho's Sandrinho Lima got a free kick in the 51st minute. Haroldo Massa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but César Baptista read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. In the 55th minute Váldson Guedes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but César Baptista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 57th match minute, Morpara FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Váldson Guedes to maneuver through the defense. 61 minutes into the match, Morpara FC's goalkeeper Alfredinho Meireles had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gernando Linhares. Alfredinho Meireles made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Gernando Linhares sent off a good shot on target. Gernando Linhares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredinho Meireles having to interfere. In the 73rd minute Durval Motta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredinho Meireles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gernando Linhares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Morpara FC booed when Moinho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilmar Quintal didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Durval Motta in the 85th minute of play forced Morpara FC's goalkeeper Alfredinho Meireles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th minute, Durval Motta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Moinho fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. César Baptista showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haroldo Massa, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Morpara FC had won after a very even match.
