The long shot by Kauan Zonta in the 5th minute really tested João Vítor Moura's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Adriano Figueiredo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Isaltino Hoffmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 9th minute of the match Enio Schmidt sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Isaltino Hoffmann skillfully saved the ball. If Diego Machado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Diego Machado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Isaltino Hoffmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diego Machado in the 16th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Diego Machado in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isaltino Hoffmann prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luiz de Castro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. João Vítor Moura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Luiz de Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Erivaldo Fontes came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Piraja fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erivaldo Fontes couldn't finish the play. Isaltino Hoffmann didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adriano Figueiredo went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. João Vítor Moura was a little too slow when Haroldo Bittencourt got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 1-1. Thanks to some nice moves Luiz de Castro could shoot a difficult shot in the 43rd minute, which João Vítor Moura however easily saved by the left post. After having played for 49 minutes, Haroldo Bittencourt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tomar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Haroldo Bittencourt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Diego Machado made a kick off. With a little luck, Tomar's Isaltino Hoffmann got control of the ball when Adriano Figueiredo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 55th minute, Luiz de Castro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. João Vítor Moura was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Isaltino Hoffmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Machado in the 59th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Haroldo Bittencourt during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 63rd minute, Haroldo Bittencourt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th minute, Luiz de Castro made a precise shot to the right of João Vítor Moura. Piraja's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adriano Figueiredo got free with Isaltino Hoffmann in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpected shot in the 88th minute by Adriano Figueiredo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Isaltino Hoffmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diego Machado in the 94th minute of the match. After 97 played minutes Tomar got a freekick which was hit by Pedrinho Martins. Tomar's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
