Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Firmamento EC's Duarte Paranaense started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cássio Leme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Conrado Abreu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ademar Jacinto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Carlos Alberto Paes made a huge save. Firmamento EC's Duarte Paranaense got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Bocaina SC's João Vítor Aguiar got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 22nd match minute, Firmamento EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Duarte Paranaense to maneuver through the defense. Conrado Abreu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cássio Leme having to interfere. Cássio Leme came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Bocaina SC's Conrado Abreu. But to his dismay, Conrado Abreu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. If Márcio Linhares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Duarte Paranaense recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 35 minutes into the match, Firmamento EC's Ademar Jacinto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carlos Alberto Paes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ademar Jacinto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bocaina SC were furious when Nilson Saldanha was red carded, 47 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 47 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Bocaina SC! When the match had been going on for 50 minutes, Firmamento EC's Telmo Figueiredo got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Carlos Alberto Paes.

In the 56th minute, Kléberson Brodel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 60 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Ademar Jacinto sped through Bocaina SC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Carlos Alberto Paes. Duarte Paranaense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Firmamento EC's zone, Nestor Maciel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cássio Leme came out of the goal and Nestor Maciel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Duarte Paranaense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Alberto Paes having to interfere. Carlos Alberto Paes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Duarte Paranaense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kléberson Brodel hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. After 90 minutes of play, Firmamento EC's Duarte Paranaense made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carlos Alberto Paes was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 92 played minutes Bocaina SC got a freekick which was hit by João Vítor Aguiar. Firmamento EC's Duarte Paranaense got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Conrado Abreu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Cássio Leme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Firmamento EC's Doriva Rosa got a free kick in the 97th minute. Conrado Abreu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Conrado Abreu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 101st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
