Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hortêncio Jacinto got the match started through his kick off. The attack was good, but when Tiaguinho Luz in the 10th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 13th minute, Falcão Severo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Delfim Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Hortêncio Jacinto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Titiarre's supporters rose to their feet, but Hortêncio Jacinto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alberto Passos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Umberto Machado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tiaguinho Luz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Alberto Passos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 38 played minutes Titiarre got a freekick which was hit by Adriano Abreu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hortêncio Jacinto in the 40th minute of play forced Dracena's goalkeeper Alberto Passos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. José Salgado's late challenge caught a Titiarre's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. José Salgado helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Dracena's José Salgado got a free kick in the 41st minute. Umberto Machado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Soares having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Delfim Santos made the kick off in the second half. Tiaguinho Luz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberto Passos having to interfere. Delfim Santos scored 1-0 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of André Soares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Hortêncio Jacinto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th minute, Hortêncio Jacinto fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Alberto Passos, passed just outside the right post. When Titiarre's Hortêncio Jacinto in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dracena's goalie prevented a goal. In the 76th match minute, Dracena was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vágner Moraes to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Geraldo Vander in the 77th minute really tested Alberto Passos's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Titiarre's Hortêncio Jacinto got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With an all-out effort, Titiarre's Alberto Passos threw himself towards the right post 91 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Hortêncio Jacinto, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Umberto Machado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 95 minutes into the match, Dracena's Delfim Santos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that André Soares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Dracena fans cheered their team off the field, for while Titiarre had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
