Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Caio Seco started the match with the kick off. If Luiz Gustavo Abraão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Pixaim SC booed when Papari AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Túlio Rossi didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Franklin Ortiz came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Papari AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Franklin Ortiz couldn't finish the play. Luiz Gustavo Abraão's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabrício Mendonça read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. When Sílvio Motta came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Papari AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sílvio Motta couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Pixaim SC's Carlinhos da Cunha got a free kick in the 19th minute. Franklin Ortiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Franklin Ortiz struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Diogo Oliveira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Papari AD. A collision led to Pixaim SC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Fabrício Peres hit a great ball. Franklin Ortiz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 29thth minute, Diogo Oliveira skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. César de Mendonça hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. After 32 played minutes Pixaim SC got a freekick which was hit by Fabrício Peres. Papari AD's Sílvio Motta got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sílvio Motta was the one to do the kick off. Fabrício Mendonça took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caio Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fabrício Mendonça made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caio Seco in the 56th minute of play. Sílvio Motta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Diogo Oliveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Diogo Oliveira came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Papari AD's Sílvio Motta. But to his dismay, Sílvio Motta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Pixaim SC's Diogo Oliveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sílvio Motta in the 64th minute of play. When Luiz Gustavo Abraão came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Pixaim SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luiz Gustavo Abraão couldn't finish the play. When Dorival Mendonça fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pixaim SC's protests and gave Dorival Mendonça a yellow card for diving instead. Papari AD's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Zé Paulo Esteves in the 71st minute. Dorival Mendonça received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Fabrício Mendonça tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Murillo Fernandes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luiz Gustavo Abraão got free with Fabrício Mendonça in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 83 minutes into the match, Franklin Ortiz notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Pixaim SC's Diogo Oliveira. Diogo Oliveira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Caio Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
