Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Belmiro Silva kicked off to start the match. Zézinho Pitta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vivaldo Tande hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Mário Matos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadeu Amorim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpected shot in the 22nd minute by Zézinho Pitta got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Belmiro Silva received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rafinha de Barros came out and tried to block the shot, but Belmiro Silva slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 23rd minute. Rodellas SS's Mário Matos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadeu Amorim in the 28th minute of play. Belmiro Silva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafinha de Barros having to interfere. Cajaiba SC's Rafinha de Barros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Belmiro Silva in the 36th minute of play. 39 minutes into the game, Zézinho Pitta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Rafinha de Barros was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Zézinho Pitta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Róbson Pinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Mário Matos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Róbson Pinho made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tadeu Amorim got free with Mário Matos in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Belmiro Silva in the 57th minute of play forced Cajaiba SC's goalkeeper Rafinha de Barros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Celsinho Gaspar charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Celsinho Gaspar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 60 minutes into the game, one of Rodellas SS:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. If Róbson Pinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Rodellas SS's Vivaldo Tande got a free kick in the 72nd minute. The supporters of Cajaiba SC booed when Rodellas SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Luiz Leme didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th minute, Róbson Pinho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rafinha de Barros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zézinho Pitta, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cajaiba SC's goalkeeper Rafinha de Barros, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rafinha de Barros stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zézinho Pitta's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. 83 minutes into the match, Cajaiba SC's goal looked a bit too open when Belmiro Silva came free, but Rafinha de Barros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zézinho Pitta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mário Matos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Róbson Pinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. After 90 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cajaiba SC! For all the effort they put into the match, the Cajaiba SC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Rodellas SS.
