Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Samuel Nascimento took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience was convinced that Samuel Nascimento's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luisão Duarte was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. After 4 minutes, Anselmo Vides made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Camaipi AD's Luisão Duarte tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Through an outstanding action, after 8 minutes, Nildo de Castro successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Nildo de Castro came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Camaipi AD's Tomé Carneiro. But to his dismay, Tomé Carneiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. An unexpected shot in the 18th minute by Moisés Bezerra got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 20 minutes into the match, Sapuparo's goalkeeper Nildo de Castro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomé Carneiro. When Camaipi AD's Moisés Bezerra in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sapuparo's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the Camaipi AD defense, Samuel Nascimento kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luisão Duarte. The Camaipi AD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luisão Duarte should have stopped the shot. In the 36th minute, Moisés Bezerra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luisão Duarte didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Válter Fantini went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Sapuparo's Samuel Nascimento got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The wind increased when Moisés Bezerra made the kick off in the second half. Luisão Duarte was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Samuel Nascimento showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 54 minute of play. Tomé Carneiro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nildo de Castro having to make a save. 60 minutes into the match, Tomé Carneiro notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Sapuparo's Nildo de Castro. Nildo de Castro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tomé Carneiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Nildo de Castro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Samuel Nascimento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paulo José de Toledo hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the 72nd minute, Anselmo Vides made a precise shot to the right of Luisão Duarte. Camaipi AD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-5. Camaipi AD's Valdo Mandrak pulled a muscle in his back after 75 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 78 minutes into the game, Camaipi AD's Tomé Carneiro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nildo de Castro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-5. In the 84th minute Tomé Carneiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nildo de Castro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luisão Duarte made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anselmo Vides in the 85th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Camaipi AD's zone, Anselmo Vides stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luisão Duarte came out of the goal and Anselmo Vides tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Washington Correia kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Sapuparo's Anselmo Vides got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Sapuparo had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
