Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Ibatui's Natanael Leão started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 3 minutes, Zé Pedro Ortiz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Encano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zé Pedro Ortiz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 7 minutes into the match, Zé Pedro Ortiz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edu Linhares. Ibatui's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zé Pedro Ortiz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Edu Linhares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zé Pedro Ortiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Falcão Leão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ibatui's Natanael Leão got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 21 minutes into the match, Dito Tepedino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edu Linhares. Ibatui's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dito Tepedino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Ibatui's Edu Linhares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Pedro Ortiz in the 24th minute of play. After 25 minutes, Raúl Maranhense mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ibatui and the Encano players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 25 played minutes Ibatui got a freekick which was hit by Raúl Maranhense. After 28th play minutes Zé Pedro Ortiz shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Edu Linhares and just under the crossbar into goal. Arlindo Queiroz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 33rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Edu Linhares. Ibatui's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Falcão Leãos short, quick shot in the 35thth minute got Jonas Messias to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Cléber Romero's late challenge caught a Ibatui's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cléber Romero helped the player get up and apologised. After 40 played minutes Encano got a freekick which was hit by Cléber Romero. Encano's Jonas Messias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Natanael Leão in the 41st minute of play. Falcão Leão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Jonas Messias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The wind increased when Zé Pedro Ortiz made the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute Zé Pedro Ortiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edu Linhares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Ibatui's Falcão Leão in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Encano's goalie prevented a goal. The referee felt a red card was in order, 63 minutes into the game, when Jean Ramalho put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ibatui fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 63rd minute. Penalty! Edu Linhares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zé Pedro Ortiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. If Falcão Leão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute, Giovani Mendes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Falcão Leão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dito Tepedinos short, quick shot in the 86thth minute got Edu Linhares to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Pedro Ortiz in the 87th minute of play forced Ibatui's goalkeeper Edu Linhares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st minute, Dito Tepedino reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Edu Linhares. The goal made the score 1-5.
