Pedro Fonseca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Encano. Carlos Augusto de Lara's late challenge caught a Encano's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carlos Augusto de Lara helped the player get up and apologised. Carlos Augusto de Lara hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Pedro Fonseca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilian de Mendonça, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zé Pedro Ortiz in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Fonseca saved Tejucupapo from getting behind. Noel Faustino hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. 31 minutes into the game, Encano's Zé Pedro Ortiz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Fonseca made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Josué Bezerra's late challenge caught a Encano's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Josué Bezerra helped the player get up and apologised. In the 36th minute, Wilian de Mendonça sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Tejucupapo's Pedro Fonseca didn't even have to move. Cléber Romero kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Jonas Messias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fábio Lopes in the 43rd minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fábio Lopes made a kick off. Enéas Pinho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fábio Lopes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonas Messias having to interfere. Tejucupapo's Pedro Fonseca proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Tejucupapo from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Pedro Ortiz in the 66th minute of play forced Tejucupapo's goalkeeper Pedro Fonseca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 71 played minutes Tejucupapo got a freekick which was hit by Enéas Pinho. Jonas Messias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fábio Lopes in the 75th minute of play. If Dito Tepedino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonas Messias stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fábio Lopes's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Jonas Messias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fábio Lopes in the 92nd minute of play.
