Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) In a very dangerous position, a player in Jussara FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 6th minute. Penalty! José Cearense had in the 8thth minute some difficulties stopping Hamílton Fontes's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 9th match minute, Jussara FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrianinho Sabóia to maneuver through the defense. When Jussara FC's Rogério Leão in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cabeceirinha's goalie prevented a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Jussara FC's Rogério Leão slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Claudinei Barral. That made the score 1-0 after 17 minutes of play. The supporters of Cabeceirinha booed when Jussara FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zé Carlos Berger didn't get a good kick on the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Oséas Lago notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Jussara FC's José Cearense. José Cearense was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cipriano Goiano charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cipriano Goiano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Cabeceirinha's Cipriano Goiano got a free kick in the 30th minute. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 36th minute, but Claudinei Barral got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Cabeceirinha hanging dry this time. A collision led to Cabeceirinha getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Cipriano Goiano hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Jussara FC's Genílson Galvão tried to score from far away in the 40th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 41st match minute, Cabeceirinha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cipriano Goiano to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rogério Leão in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Claudinei Barral prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cabeceirinha's Claudinei Barral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rogério Leão in the 48th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rogério Leão to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Rogério Leão made a precise shot to the right of Claudinei Barral. Cabeceirinha's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. After a rather tough play, Cabeceirinha's Adriano Senna got a free kick in the 60th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdomiro Alves in the 62nd minute of play forced Cabeceirinha's goalkeeper Claudinei Barral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute, Rogério Leão got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Claudinei Barral stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rogério Leão's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Rogério Leão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Claudinei Barral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oséas Lago sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Claudinei Barral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rogério Leão, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. After 78 played minutes Cabeceirinha got a freekick which was hit by Thomás Fontes. Rogério Leão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 85th match minute, Cabeceirinha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cipriano Goiano to maneuver through the defense. Alexsandro Arruda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Cearense having to interfere. In the 92nd match minute, Cabeceirinha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vivaldo Jacinto to maneuver through the defense. Cabeceirinha's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
