A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Ismael Miranda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Sérgio Dias made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredinho Fernandez in the 21st minute of play forced Carnica SC's goalkeeper Sérgio Dias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amílton Lago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Davi Faria in the 23rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Davi Faria in the 25th minute of play forced Choro's goalkeeper Amílton Lago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benedito Saldanha's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amílton Lago read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. In the 26th minute, Alfredinho Fernandez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Davi Faria stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Benedito Saldanha took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Amílton Lago. Amílton Lago dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Ismael Miranda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sérgio Dias having to interfere. In the 59th minute Nildo Marquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sérgio Dias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sérgio Dias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nildo Marquez in the 61st minute of the match. After having played for 63 minutes, Benedito Saldanha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carnica SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benedito Saldanha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 72nd minute, Benedito Saldanha made a precise shot to the right of Amílton Lago. Choro's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Sérgio Dias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Miranda, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 78 minutes into the game, when Laércio de Brito put in a rough tackle. In the 85th minute, Ismael Miranda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 89 minutes into the game, Nildo Marquez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-4. Sérgio Dias was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dráuzio Brodel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carnica SC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
