An unexpectedly hard shot by Nildo Marquez in the 8th minute of play forced Sacai SS's goalkeeper Lauro Rocha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcelo Massa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Amílton Lago tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Choro's Amílton Lago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Washington Matos in the 11th minute of play. If Nildo Marquez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ismael Miranda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 21st minute, Nildo Marquez made a precise shot to the right of Lauro Rocha. Sacai SS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 26 minutes into the match, Nildo Marquez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lauro Rocha. Sacai SS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nildo Marquez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After 30 played minutes Choro got a freekick which was hit by Cipriano Bastos. Marcelo Massa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nildo Marquez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lauro Rocha having to interfere. Nildo Marquez scored 0-3 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lauro Rocha, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

Nildo Marquez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lauro Rocha was a little too slow when Nildo Marquez got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 59th minute. The score was now 0-4. A collision led to Sacai SS getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Magno Trigo hit a great ball. Ismael Miranda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lauro Rocha having to interfere. 66 minutes into the match, Sacai SS's goal looked a bit too open when Nildo Marquez came free, but Lauro Rocha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ismael Miranda took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lauro Rocha. Lauro Rocha dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Alfredinho Fernandez kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Sacai SS's Marcelo Massa got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Amílton Lago didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Washington Matos went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. Hílton Barral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lauro Rocha having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Sacai SS's Guto Gaúcho got a free kick in the 84th minute. Nildo Marquez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lauro Rocha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nildo Marquez, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Ismael Miranda struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Lauro Rocha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Choro. Amílton Lago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Massa in the 95th minute of play. In the 96th minute, Nildo Marquez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
