Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bebeto Martins took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Diamantino Favoretto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jaguaretama SS's defense didn't have a chance, in the 10th minute, when Bebeto Martins scored to the left of an out of position Benjamin Quirino, making the score, 1-0. In the 15th minute, Pedro Luiz Motta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jaguaretama SS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Diamantino Favoretto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Benjamin Quirino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 26 played minutes Jaguaretama SS got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Luiz Motta. Roberto de Souza kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Juarês Quadros managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jaguaretama SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Juarês Quadros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ronaldo Montenegro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Auler FC's Ronaldo Montenegro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Luiz Motta in the 42nd minute of play. Raúl Britto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Ronaldo Montenegro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Juarês Quadros to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Bebeto Martins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Quirino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diamantino Favoretto scored 2-1 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benjamin Quirino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Diamantino Favoretto might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benjamin Quirino. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Diamantino Favoretto ran back to his position shaking his head. Toninho Luz kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. A collision led to Auler FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Juninho Paraibano hit a great ball. Bebeto Martins recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ronaldo Montenegro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pedro Luiz Motta in the 77th minute. Pedro Luiz Motta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronaldo Montenegro having to interfere. When Jaguaretama SS's Juarês Quadros in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Auler FC's goalie prevented a goal. Toninho Luz kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Auler FC's Ronaldo Montenegro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juarês Quadros in the 86th minute of play. After having played for 88 minutes, Pedro Luiz Motta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jaguaretama SS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pedro Luiz Motta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Auler FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Jaguaretama SS had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
