Descarreiro's Zézinho Arantes shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 18th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Dé Messias but with some difficulty. Dé Messias made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adrianinho Berger in the 19th minute. When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Dorian Britto sped through Quieto SS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dé Messias. In the 24thth minute of the game Nildo de Lara who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Descarreiro's Edgard Recife was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dudu Mumbach recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Dorian Britto came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Descarreiro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dorian Britto couldn't finish the play. Dorian Britto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Dé Messias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 40 minutes, Jarbas Schmidt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Descarreiro and the Quieto SS players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 40th minute, Jarbas Schmidt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adrianinho Berger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Dé Messias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th minute Dorian Britto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dé Messias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Edgard Recife showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nildo de Lara in the 52nd minute of the match. Dorian Britto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dé Messias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrianinho Berger in the 59th minute of the match. Adrianinho Berger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Descarreiro's Edgard Recife proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Descarreiro from getting a goal against them. Edgard Recife stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nildo de Lara's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. In the 79thth minute of the game Adrianinho Berger who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Quieto SS's Dé Messias was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 82 minutes, Nildo de Lara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quieto SS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nildo de Lara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 83rdth minute of the game Nildo de Lara who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Descarreiro's Edgard Recife was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Edgard Recife took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nildo de Lara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Natanael Terra struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Edgard Recife didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Quieto SS. Descarreiro's Jarbas Schmidt got his second yellow card of the match in the 88th minute. The referee ordered Jarbas Schmidt off the ground. In the 88th minute, Jarbas Schmidt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 91 minutes, Nildo de Lara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quieto SS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nildo de Lara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Descarreiro's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
