Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Edinho Botelho got the match started through his kick off. If Gilvan Couto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ilhas's Edmílson Simão proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Ilhas from getting a goal against them. After 19 minutes, Alexsandro Fantini mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Delfino EC and the Ilhas players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Delfino EC's Alexsandro Fantini got a free kick in the 19th minute. Tomé Zilles took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 20th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kléberson Dante. Delfino EC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 26 minutes into the game, Edinho Botelho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ilhas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Delfino EC the free kick. In the 26th minute, Edinho Botelho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oséas Faustino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gilvan Couto scored 2-1 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kléberson Dante, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Telmo Prata received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Edmílson Simão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Oséas Faustino fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Edmílson Simão, passed just outside the right post. Edmílson Simão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oséas Faustino, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

The wind increased when Oséas Faustino made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Ilhas getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Carlos Fernando Moura hit a great ball. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ilhas's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Alexsandro Fantini was slow to take the kick. During this time Delfino EC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Alexsandro Fantini got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Edmílson Simão quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Gilvan Couto struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Kléberson Dante didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ilhas. If Oséas Faustino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Telmo Prata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 66 minutes into the match, Ilhas's goal looked a bit too open when Telmo Prata came free, but Edmílson Simão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 67 played minutes Ilhas got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Fernando Moura. In the 73rd minute, Edinho Botelho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 76 minutes into the match, Delfino EC's goalkeeper Kléberson Dante had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gilvan Couto. Gilvan Couto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Kléberson Dante tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gilvan Couto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Kléberson Dante made a huge save. Gilvan Couto kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. After 88 minutes of play, Delfino EC's Telmo Prata made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edmílson Simão was left in no man's land by his defense there! Edinho Botelho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Kléberson Dante tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Delfino EC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Ilhas for a fine match.
