Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Caio Favoretto started the match with the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nicolas Magalhães during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ibiapaba booed when Moquem AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolas Magalhães didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 14 played minutes Ibiapaba got a freekick which was hit by Allan Martins. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cássio Nogueira in the 20th minute of play forced Moquem AD's goalkeeper Orlando Peres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cássio Nogueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Orlando Peres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Moquem AD getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Juan Araújo hit a great ball. In the 27th minute, Nicolas Magalhães got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cássio Nogueira to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Umberto Cabral had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Orlando Peres. Moquem AD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Umberto Cabral was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After 56th play minutes Caio Favoretto shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Zé Queiroz and just under the crossbar into goal. When Régis de Lara fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ibiapaba's protests and gave Régis de Lara a yellow card for diving instead. Régis de Lara hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. After 64 played minutes Moquem AD got a freekick which was hit by Edmílson Corrêa. It was beautiful to see Ibiapaba's Raúl Urbano in action when he in the 66th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Cássio Nogueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 72 played minutes, Moquem AD's Edmílson Corrêa shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Zé Queiroz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Moquem AD reached it. In the 79th minute Umberto Cabral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orlando Peres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st minute, Cássio Nogueira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cássio Nogueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
