Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Luís Fabiano Brito kicked off to start the match. Dário Alves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Luís Fabiano Brito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Elano Dracena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Víktor Melo came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Zezito's Haroldo Tinoco. But to his dismay, Haroldo Tinoco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eriberto Galvão got free with Elano Dracena in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eriberto Galvão might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Elano Dracena. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eriberto Galvão ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Fabiano Brito in the 19th minute of play forced Zezito's goalkeeper Elano Dracena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Haroldo Tinoco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Víktor Melo having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, Zezito's goalkeeper Elano Dracena had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eriberto Galvão. In the 27th minute, Vítor Botelho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Candeia's Gerson Magalhães tried to score from far away in the 28th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. A hard shot 30 in the game by Eriberto Galvão from a close distance when the talented Elano Dracena managed to make a qualified save. Zezito's players were relieved. After having played for 31 minutes, Eriberto Galvão managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Candeia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eriberto Galvão was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Víktor Melo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haroldo Tinoco in the 35th minute of the match. Víktor Melo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haroldo Tinoco in the 38th minute of play. Eriberto Galvão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elano Dracena having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Fabiano Brito in the 46th minute of play forced Zezito's goalkeeper Elano Dracena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Candeia players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Zezito were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Haroldo Tinoco made a kick off. Haroldo Tinoco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Víktor Melo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Candeia's Luís Fabiano Brito in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Zezito's goalie prevented a goal. Vítor Botelho charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vítor Botelho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Candeia booed when Zezito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vítor Botelho didn't get a good kick on the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Zezito's Haroldo Tinoco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Víktor Melo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Candeia's Luís Fabiano Brito in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Zezito's goalie prevented a goal. In the 63rdth minute of the game Luís Fabiano Brito who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zezito's Elano Dracena was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Elano Dracena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Fabiano Brito, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. If Luís Fabiano Brito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 76 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Candeia! The referee gave Zezito a penalty, 77 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Silas Baiano, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Candeia's Víktor Melo. 0-2. Víktor Melo came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Zezito's Dário Alves. But to his dismay, Dário Alves quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. If Dário Alves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
