Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Passicho AD's Dida Pernambucano started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dida Pernambucano might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Norberto Vides. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dida Pernambucano ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 11th minute, Juninho Abreu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Iconha fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Glauco Oliveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusébio Paes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eusébio Paes in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Glauco Oliveira saved Passicho AD from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Eusébio Paes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Glauco Oliveira was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. In the 24th minute, Doni Couto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Glauco Oliveira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Juninho Abreu in the 27th minute. If Dida Pernambucano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. João Vítor Leão kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Benjamim Linares's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Glauco Oliveira on his right side and into the goal. 42 minutes into the game it was 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Passicho AD's zone, Eusébio Paes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Glauco Oliveira came out of the goal and Eusébio Paes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eusébio Paes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lino Barral's late challenge caught a Iconha's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lino Barral helped the player get up and apologised. After 54 played minutes Passicho AD got a freekick which was hit by Lino Barral. Benjamim Linares took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 55th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Glauco Oliveira. Passicho AD's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 60th minute Eusébio Paes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Glauco Oliveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eusébio Paes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Glauco Oliveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Passicho AD's Lino Barral got his second yellow card of the match in the 66th minute. The referee ordered Lino Barral off the ground. Lino Barral hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After having played for 69 minutes, Eusébio Paes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Iconha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eusébio Paes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 71st minute Juninho Abreu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Glauco Oliveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, Passicho AD's Renatinho Quadros sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Norberto Vides narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Passicho AD's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by José Vítor Cruz in the 75th minute. If Renatinho Quadros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jairo Quintal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norberto Vides having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Renatinho Quadros in the 85th minute of play forced Iconha's goalkeeper Norberto Vides to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dorival Quirino during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Passicho AD booed when Iconha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dorival Quirino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Danilo Meira charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Danilo Meira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Iconha's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
