Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Antônio Carlos Peres made the kick off which started today's match. In the 2nd minute, Juninho Madureira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luisão Vinhas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Paulo Correia having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antônio Carlos Peres in the 6th minute of play forced Mococa's goalkeeper Zé Paulo Correia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Neves SS's goal looked a bit too open when Vágner Tavares came free, but Matías Diniz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Agostinho Severo kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antônio Carlos Peres in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zé Paulo Correia saved Mococa from getting behind. After having played for 16 minutes, Vágner Tavares managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mococa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vágner Tavares was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zé Paulo Correia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antônio Carlos Peres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zé Paulo Correia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antônio Carlos Peres went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Antônio Carlos Peres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Albertino Araújo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Matías Diniz made a huge save. Antônio Carlos Peres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Zé Paulo Correia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. João Vítor Prata kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Mococa's Enio Mumbach tried to score from far away in the 45th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When João Vítor Prata fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Neves SS's protests and gave João Vítor Prata a yellow card for diving instead. João Vítor Prata kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vágner Tavares was the one to do the kick off. If Albertino Araújo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 53rd minute, Luisão Dracena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 58th minute Vágner Tavares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matías Diniz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Albertino Araújo struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Matías Diniz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mococa. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Vágner Tavares managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mococa's supporters rose to their feet, but Vágner Tavares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matías Diniz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 61st minute, Rafael Carioca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Luisão Vinhas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Neves SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Luisão Vinhas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zé Paulo Correia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luisão Vinhas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. A very good chance. 78 minutes had been played when some careless play by Neves SS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Enio Mumbach was slow to take the kick. During this time Mococa's players had a chance to rest. The supporters of Neves SS booed when Mococa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enio Mumbach didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Vágner Tavares managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mococa's supporters rose to their feet, but Vágner Tavares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matías Diniz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Matías Diniz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vágner Tavares's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Mococa's zone, Luisão Vinhas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zé Paulo Correia came out of the goal and Luisão Vinhas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
