Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when César Lara kicked off to start the match. Róbson Miranda kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amadeu Hames in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Régis de Mendonça saved Vacacai from getting behind. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 11th minute of the game. One of Vacacai:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ipaobi SS:s goal. Dráusio Dracena walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Lino França showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Noel Neto in the 16th minute of the match. After 16 minutes, Amadeu Hames mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ipaobi SS and the Vacacai players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Vacacai booed when Ipaobi SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amadeu Hames didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Ipaobi SS's zone, Noel Neto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lino França came out of the goal and Noel Neto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 20th minute, Tibúrcio Soares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Márcio Martins kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Noel Neto dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lino França, 1-0. Betão Trigo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Lino França firmly grabbed it by the left post. After having played for 34 minutes, Noel Neto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vacacai's supporters crossed their fingers, but Noel Neto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Betão Trigo could shoot a difficult shot in the 36th minute, which Lino França however easily saved by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Noel Neto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vacacai's supporters rose to their feet, but Noel Neto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lino França breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Vacacai's José Pedro Peres got a free kick in the 46th minute. Dráusio Dracena took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 46th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Régis de Mendonça. Vacacai's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
The wind increased when Noel Neto made the kick off in the second half. Lino França didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Betão Trigo went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Betão Trigo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Lino França tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Richard Trigo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 63 minutes, Márcio Martins managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vacacai's supporters crossed their fingers, but Márcio Martins was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 64th match minute, Ipaobi SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Pombal to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Richard Trigo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ipaobi SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Richard Trigo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Régis de Mendonça breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Noel Neto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lino França having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Betão Trigo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vacacai's supporters rose to their feet, but Betão Trigo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lino França breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Betão Trigo came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Vacacai fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Betão Trigo couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Ipaobi SS's Amadeu Hames got a free kick in the 77th minute. When Noel Neto, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 78 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Lino França was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Ipaobi SS's César Lara got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Noel Neto in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lino França prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hélio Toscano kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match.
