Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gabriel da Cunha got the match started through his kick off. Emerson de Alcântara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diamantino Recife in the 4th minute of the match. Lanceiro's Eusébio Guerra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel da Cunha in the 9th minute of play. Eusébio Guerra made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Pedro Paulo da Rocha sent off a good shot on target. Gabriel da Cunha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pedro Paulo da Rocha in the 16thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Eusébio Guerra, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Emerson de Alcântara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luisinho Leão, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 27th minute Gabriel da Cunha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusébio Guerra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luisinho Leão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gabriel da Cunha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Eusébio Guerra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manoel Mello hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Pedro Paulo da Rocha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eucalipto's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Paulo da Rocha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eusébio Guerra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Eucalipto's zone, Luisinho Leão stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emerson de Alcântara came out of the goal and Luisinho Leão tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Diamantino Recife put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Emerson de Alcântara. Eusébio Guerra made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pedro Paulo da Rocha in the 44th minute. If Gabriel da Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Paulo da Rocha in the 91st minute of play forced Lanceiro's goalkeeper Eusébio Guerra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 96 minutes into the game, Luisinho Leão cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Emerson de Alcântara was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lanceiro's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
