Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sandro Vieira started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Jacuizinho AD booed when Adamantina SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hamílton de Queiroz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Serafim Branco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 9th minute, Décio Veiga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Jacuizinho AD's Joel Velasco got a free kick in the 11th minute. In the 12th minute, Bernardinho Teles got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 17th minute of the match Hamílton de Queiroz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cássio Macedo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Américo Rocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafim Branco in the 25th minute of play forced Jacuizinho AD's goalkeeper Cássio Macedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th minute, Cido Queiroz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joel Velasco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Américo Rocha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Alexsandro Vander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sandro Vieira in the 38th minute of play. Américo Rocha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexsandro Vander having to interfere. Américo Rochas short, quick shot in the 43rdth minute got Alexsandro Vander to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 46th match minute, Adamantina SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Vítor Luz to maneuver through the defense. In the 48th minute Sandro Vieira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexsandro Vander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Serafim Branco made a kick off. Alexsandro Vander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sandro Vieira, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Jacuizinho AD's Sandro Vieira got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sandro Vieira struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Alexsandro Vander didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jacuizinho AD. When Marcel Terra fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Adamantina SC's protests and gave Marcel Terra a yellow card for diving instead. Marcel Terra kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Américo Rocha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 78 minutes into the game, Cido Queiroz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jacuizinho AD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Adamantina SC the free kick. After 78 played minutes Jacuizinho AD got a freekick which was hit by Cido Queiroz. Bernardinho Teles struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Cássio Macedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Adamantina SC. A hard shot by Hamílton de Queiroz from long distance, 84 minutes into the match, got Cássio Macedo's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Adamantina SC's Alexsandro Vander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sandro Vieira in the 89th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vítor Pena during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Vítor Pena kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Serafim Branco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cássio Macedo having to interfere. The Adamantina SC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
