Mathias de Andrade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humberto Arce having to interfere. In the 18th minute, Paulo Figueiredo made a precise shot to the right of Humberto Arce. Olea's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Humberto Arce didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mathias de Andrade went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score.
