Rodriguinho Araújo started the match with the kick off. Umberto Vinhas hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Reinaldo Prestes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodriguinho Araújo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ivo dos Santos struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Reinaldo Prestes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guaipava AD. Reinaldo Prestes made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Ivo dos Santos sent off a good shot on target. If Ivo dos Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reinaldo Prestes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodriguinho Araújo in the 22nd minute of the match. Umberto Vinhas kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. After 24 played minutes Ayri got a freekick which was hit by Josué Velloso. In the 25th minute, Gabriel Berger sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Ayri's Reinaldo Prestes didn't even have to move. Ivo dos Santos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Reinaldo Prestes made a huge save. Renato Veloso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but João Augusto Pena read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. Renato Veloso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Augusto Pena having to interfere. A hard shot 45 in the game by Ivo dos Santos from a close distance when the talented Reinaldo Prestes managed to make a qualified save. Ayri's players were relieved. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Renato Veloso made a kick off. Renato Veloso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. João Augusto Pena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. João Augusto Pena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renato Veloso in the 53rd minute of the match. Reinaldo Prestes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodriguinho Araújo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Reinaldo Prestes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodriguinho Araújo, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Ayri's Reinaldo Prestes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivo dos Santos in the 62nd minute of play. Guaipava AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Rodriguinho Araújo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reinaldo Prestes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Reinaldo Prestes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elivélton Lima in the 67th minute of the match. João Augusto Pena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renato Veloso, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. If Ivo dos Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rodriguinho Araújo took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Reinaldo Prestes. Reinaldo Prestes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Josué Velloso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Augusto Pena having to interfere. João Augusto Pena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renato Veloso in the 89th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Renato Veloso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ayri's supporters rose to their feet, but Renato Veloso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. João Augusto Pena breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Ayri's Renato Veloso got a free kick in the 94th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Guaipava AD had won after a very even match.
