In the 23rd match minute, Tamboara EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Davi Donato to maneuver through the defense. In the 24thth minute of the game Gilvan Penha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tamboara EC's Roberto Batista was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Gilvan Penha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vitoriana FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gilvan Penha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roberto Batista breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Abel Maia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wanderson Tasso having to interfere. Alessandro Ferreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kléberson Félix couldn't finish the play. Vitoriana FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dudu Pitta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Roberto Batista didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dudu Pitta went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score.
