Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sabino Arruda took the kick off in the first half of the match. 6 minutes into the match, Tapirapua EC's goal looked a bit too open when Sabino Arruda came free, but Josué Eger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tapirapua EC's Josué Eger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sabino Arruda in the 8th minute of play. Itaccuce AD's Sabino Arruda got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 13 minutes, Sabino Arruda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Itaccuce AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sabino Arruda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sabino Arruda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 15 minutes into the game, Eliézer Freire was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tapirapua EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Itaccuce AD the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sabino Arruda in the 17th minute of play forced Tapirapua EC's goalkeeper Josué Eger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Josué Eger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sabino Arruda in the 20th minute of the match. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by Tapirapua EC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Alfredo Teles was slow to take the kick. During this time Itaccuce AD's players had a chance to rest. A collision led to Tapirapua EC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Sérgio de Lara hit a great ball. 0-1 became the score in the 29th minute when Sabino Arruda elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sabino Arruda in the 34th minute of play forced Tapirapua EC's goalkeeper Josué Eger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute, Sabino Arruda ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Josué Eger was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Itaccuce AD's Gilson Lago proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Itaccuce AD from getting a goal against them. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Josué Eger was a little too slow when Sabino Arruda got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 59th minute. The score was now 0-3. Elias Zilles scored 0-4 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Josué Eger, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gilson Hoffmann's late challenge caught a Tapirapua EC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gilson Hoffmann helped the player get up and apologised. Gilson Hoffmann hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After 67 played minutes, Tapirapua EC's Sérgio de Lara shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gilson Lago came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tapirapua EC reached it. 75 minutes into the match, Itaccuce AD's goal looked a bit too open when Arnaldo Melo came free, but Gilson Lago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute, Sabino Arruda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 82 minutes into the match, Tapirapua EC's goalkeeper Josué Eger had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luisinho Hermes. If Sabino Arruda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 90 minutes into the match, Luisinho Hermes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Josué Eger. Tapirapua EC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luisinho Hermes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Elias Zilles kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. 99 minutes into the match, Tapirapua EC's Arthur Valle broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Itaccuce AD played a much better game than Tapirapua EC and deserved their victory. The Tapirapua EC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
