Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Telmo Zanette got the match started through his kick off. Pedro Luiz Simão took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cacá Loyola. Cacá Loyola dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Telmo Zanette sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Jaboti's zone, Kauã Zanette stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sílvio Luís Barral came out of the goal and Kauã Zanette tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 14 minutes in the game, Telmo Zanette fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Sílvio Luís Barral having to interfere. In the 14th minute of the match, Telmo Zanette tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sílvio Luís Barral saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The crowd rose to their feet as Cornelius SC's Telmo Zanette slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sílvio Luís Barral. That made the score 1-1 after 17 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Cornelius SC's Elivélton Martins got a free kick in the 19th minute. After 25th play minutes Kauã Zanette shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Sílvio Luís Barral and just under the crossbar into goal. If Gernando Rezende had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute, Telmo Zanette got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Kauã Zanette managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cornelius SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Kauã Zanette was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sílvio Luís Barral breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kauã Zanette sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Jaboti's Carlos Eduardo Ramalho got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Sílvio Luís Barral acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 43rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Dito Souza. In the 44thth minute of the game Telmo Zanette who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jaboti's Sílvio Luís Barral was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sílvio Luís Barral made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Kauã Zanette sent off a good shot on target. A hard shot 47 in the game by Kauã Zanette from a close distance when the talented Sílvio Luís Barral managed to make a qualified save. Jaboti's players were relieved. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Sílvio Luís Barral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Telmo Zanette in the 58th minute of play. Claudinho Mesquita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cacá Loyola having to interfere. In the 63rd minute, Pedro Luiz Simão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 66th match minute, Jaboti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Eduardo Ramalho to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th minute of the match Dito Souza sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sílvio Luís Barral skillfully saved the ball. In the 67th minute, Carlos Eduardo Ramalho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Cornelius SC's Kauã Zanette in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jaboti's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Telmo Zanette's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sílvio Luís Barral was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. After 77 played minutes Jaboti got a freekick which was hit by Antônio Ribeiro. A collision led to Cornelius SC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Elivélton Martins hit a great ball. Cacá Loyola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Luiz Simão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luizão Recife kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. The audience held their breath when Dito Souza in the 89th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Sílvio Luís Barral's left hand side. Sílvio Luís Barral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Telmo Zanette, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Telmo Zanette fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sílvio Luís Barral having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kauã Zanette in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sílvio Luís Barral prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
