One of Minduri FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Clarana:s goal. Tony Veiga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Váldson Netto in the 9th minute of the match. Luizão Neves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Tony Veiga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Clarana's goal looked a bit too open when Váldson Netto came free, but Tony Veiga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tony Veiga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Váldson Netto in the 25th minute of play. Tony Veiga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luizão Neves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felipe Matorin was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 33rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 36 played minutes Minduri FC got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Matorin. In the 37th minute of the match Albertino Machado shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luizinho Mesquita showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 37 played minutes Minduri FC got a freekick which was hit by Oséas Baptista. Oséas Baptista charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Oséas Baptista the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Oséas Baptista hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Ismael Oliveira struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Luizinho Mesquita didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Clarana. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

53 minutes into the match, Minduri FC's Luizão Neves sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tony Veiga narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luizinho Mesquita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulysses Zonta in the 55th minute of play. Ulysses Zonta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ulysses Zonta in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luizinho Mesquita prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luizão Neves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Minduri FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ismael Oliveira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After 79 played minutes Minduri FC got a freekick which was hit by Wiliam Bastos. Albertino Machado was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 80th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. A collision led to Minduri FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Aluísio Gomes hit a great ball. If Ismael Oliveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 90 played minutes Clarana got a freekick which was hit by Jânio Lima. A hard shot 97 in the game by Váldson Netto from a close distance when the talented Tony Veiga managed to make a qualified save. Clarana's players were relieved. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Clarana had won after a very even match.
