Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gonçalo Loyola took the kick off in the first half of the match. Nestor Veloso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of João Vítor Abraão's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. In the 8th minute Gonçalo Loyola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mané Quirino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomé Botelho hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. When João Vítor Abraão came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Araborladit fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that João Vítor Abraão couldn't finish the play. 24 minutes into the match, Esquerda's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Arce came free, but Nestor Veloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Esquerda's Nestor Veloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cipriano Arce in the 31st minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
João Vítor Abraão charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed João Vítor Abraão the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Esquerda booed when Araborladit was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Vítor Abraão didn't get a good kick on the ball.
