Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Afonso Teles took the kick off in the first half of the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Cobe SC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 4th minute. Penalty! Luciano Almeida placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! 10 minutes into the match, Humayta AD's goal looked a bit too open when Fred Negri came free, but Kléber Melo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valdo Freire received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Aleandro Paraense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Afonso Teles in the 16th minute of play forced Humayta AD's goalkeeper Kléber Melo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aleandro Paraense made an important save on a dangerous shot by Franklin Bezerra in the 17th minute. Aleandro Paraense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdo Freire in the 19th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Cacá Pena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd minute, Fred Negri got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 35th minute, Cobe SC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Franklin Bezerra fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Franklin Bezerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 41 minutes, Edvaldo Linares mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cobe SC and the Humayta AD players grew even worse after the yellow card. Edvaldo Linares hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Franklin Bezerra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Humayta AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Franklin Bezerra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aleandro Paraense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 48 minutes into the match, Humayta AD's Valdo Freire sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aleandro Paraense narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Valdo Freire was the one to do the kick off. When Cacá Pena fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Humayta AD's protests and gave Cacá Pena a yellow card for diving instead. Franklin Bezerra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fred Negri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Kléber Melo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cobe SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 69 minutes into the game, Humayta AD's Franklin Bezerra nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aleandro Paraense made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Fred Negri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kléber Melo having to interfere. Afonso Teles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 78th minute, Ivo Matorin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Afonso Teles took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Kléber Melo to make any attempt to save it. Humayta AD's Kléber Melo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Afonso Teles in the 97th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Humayta AD had won after a very even match.
