Benê de Carvalho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Virgílio Gaúcho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Chico Mazza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 32 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Ipubi SS's Adalmo da Rocha fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Benê de Carvalho hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Virgílio Gaúcho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chico Mazza having to interfere. In the 36thth minute of the game Adalmo da Rocha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Onhapora's Chico Mazza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 43 played minutes Ipubi SS got a freekick which was hit by Adalmo da Rocha. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Ipubi SS were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Onhapora for a fine match.
