Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) After 3 minutes of play, Atalho SS's Gernando Leme made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Délio Martins was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Gildo Breckenfeld had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 10th minute Thiago Freitas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilton Dracena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atalho SS's Wilian Torres got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gernando Leme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Délio Martins having to interfere. In the 22nd match minute, Pena SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lino Corrêa to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gernando Leme in the 23rd minute of play forced Pena SC's goalkeeper Délio Martins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gildo Breckenfeld got free with Nilton Dracena in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nilton Dracena was a little too slow when Thiago Freitas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 26th minute. The score was now 2-1. Délio Martins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laércio Esteves in the 31st minute of play. Thiago Freitas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Nilton Dracena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Atalho SS's goalkeeper Nilton Dracena had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gildo Breckenfeld. Gildo Breckenfeld in the 37thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nilton Dracena, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 39th minute, Thiago Freitas fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Thiago Freitas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Thiago Freitas made the kick off in the second half. Thiago Freitas took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nilton Dracena. Nilton Dracena dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Gildo Breckenfeld fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nilton Dracena having to interfere. If Thiago Freitas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Pena SC's zone, Gernando Leme stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Délio Martins came out of the goal and Gernando Leme tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Silvinho Peres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Délio Martins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Gernando Leme came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Atalho SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gernando Leme couldn't finish the play. Gildo Breckenfeld struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Nilton Dracena didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pena SC. Nilton Dracena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thiago Freitas, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 92nd minute, Walmir Vides hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Pena SC's zone, Wilian Torres stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Délio Martins came out of the goal and Wilian Torres tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Wilian Torres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pena SC's Délio Martins proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to save Pena SC from getting a goal against them. For all the effort they put into the match, the Atalho SS players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Pena SC.
