Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Frédson Gonçalves took the kick off in the first half of the match. Fabiano Palmeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frédson Gonçalves in the 6th minute of play. After 8 minutes, Miguel Faustino made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Campos's Fabiano Palmeira tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 11 minutes into the game, Christiano Corrêa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Keteroco's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Campos the free kick. In the 11th minute, Christiano Corrêa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elói Proença in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leopoldo da Costa saved Keteroco from getting behind. Elói Proença received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Leopoldo da Costa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leopoldo da Costa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elói Proença, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After 22 minutes, Dráusio Paes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Keteroco and the Campos players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dráusio Paes kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Christiano Corrêa was shown his second yellow card after 31 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
Leopoldo da Costa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elói Proença, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Fabiano Palmeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Faustino in the 59th minute of the match. Leopoldo da Costa was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Almir Pontes. In the 67th minute Elói Proença shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leopoldo da Costa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Campos's Elói Proença sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leopoldo da Costa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 72 minutes into the game, Jean Pinheiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Keteroco's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Campos the free kick. The supporters of Campos booed when Keteroco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. After a defensive mix-up in Campos's zone, Miguel Faustino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabiano Palmeira came out of the goal and Miguel Faustino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 83rd match minute, Campos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amílton Quirino to maneuver through the defense. When Amadeu Mazza fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Campos's protests and gave Amadeu Mazza a yellow card for diving instead. In the 85th minute, Amadeu Mazza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Miguel Faustino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Armindo Almeida's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leopoldo da Costa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Campos players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Keteroco.
